Just Keep Swimming

If you've read any of my previous posts, you know that the ball hasn't bounced my way on the last few plays. Staying positive and being strong willed, I have been able to keep my head up. Also having time off during the holidays can be a true blessing. It gives you a chance to hangout with friends and family and remind your what life is truly about.  With the holiday season behind me and a new year in front of me, this is where the rubber meets the road. No longer able to be distracted by mistletoe and stories of long, long  ago. The realities of life now come to play.

In times like these I always think of one of my favorite movie scenes. It's from "Finding Nemo", the scene depicts Nemo's father and new found friend Dory in distress.  Nemo's dad is freaking out and losing his composure. All while Dory say, " Just Keep Swimming". It's funny, Ironic, and satirical but, it's also true. When you're surrounded by sharks and it seems like their focused in on you, All you can do is just keep swimming. Things will work out.
